Guest/Party Ordering T&C

  • We offer weekly or fortnightly payments interest free that are discreet and budget friendly.
  • Hassle free payments are taken direct from your credit or debit account and then your items are posted to you direct after your payments are completed.
  • Purchases will be delivered to the Host for $8 p&h unless $14 p&h is paid and products will be delivered direct to you. ($8 and $14 interstate).
  • All orders MUST be paid for before delivery.
  • A deposit of 30% is required for all orders.
  • Customers who order Catalogue Lingerie, or Special orders, MUST pay $14 P&H and a 30% deposit (Non refundable if cancelled). All other Cancelled orders are subject to a processing fee of 30%.
  • If $8 p&h is paid, delivery may be held up if payments are pending from other customers from your party. Orders will not be posted until all guests have paid in full.
  • Please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery for Catalogue Lingerie, or Special orders.

RETURNS

  • All lingerie is quality checked, bagged and security sealed by our own staff prior to posting.
  • If your product is not what you ordered please contact us on 40232 818 or 0432 390 770.
  • Due to company policy and the nature of products sold we do not offer exchanges or cash refunds for change of mind. Credit notes will be considered at the discretion of management. All products are tested and in working order when sent. Only if a genuine manufacturers fault is found on delivery will products be considered for return and Head Office MUST be contacted first.
  • All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless proved faulty.
  • Quiver will not accept COD return postage items unless an authorisation number has been given by Head Office.
  • Lingerie purchased that does not fit may be returned if we are contacted within 7 days of the item being posted to you or to the Hostess. It may be able to be exchanged for the same item in the same colour but in a different size if the size requested is available for that item. If it is not, a credit note will be considered for the item at the discretion of management. Extra charges may apply for postage or larger sizes.
  • A return authority must be obtained by calling 40232 818 or 0432 390 770.
  • Refunds are not available due to unavailability of stock.
  • Under no circumstances can any refund be given if a Hostess has been given discounts or vouchers on those sales.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Every effort will be made to have purchases delivered within 2 –3 weeks after the party.
  • All efforts are made to have stock on hand but a supplier being out of stock is beyond our control and orders will be posted as soon possible when received by us from our suppliers.
  • Colours and styles may vary from samples and pictures.
  • All prices, sizes, colour range, styles and availability of products are correct at time of catalogues being printed. Some styles may vary slightly.
  • All purchases are confidential and your details will not be given to a third party.
  • Your information may be used for marketing purposes by Quiver/Smart Femme Eg: SMS, email or phone marketing.
  • Out of stock items will be posted direct to the customer at our cost, a backorder note, listing the products and the customer’s details for confirmation will be included with the orders.
  • All balances paid to the Host are the Hosts responsibility, until confirmation of all payments to Quiver – Adult Lifestyle Parties has been received.
  • Orders will be cancelled and charged processing fees if not paid by the due date and no prior arrangements have been made with Head office on 40232 818 or 0432 390 770.
  • The host is responsible for collecting monies due, by the due date and making payment for all party balances.
  • All monies paid as deposits are not credited until received by Head office and no responsibility will be taken for monies paid by you until received by Head Office.
  • Quiver / Smart Femme  takes no responsibility for products once posted from our Warehouse. Disputes regarding undelivered items should be taken up with Australia Post or courier used for your delivery. Please contact Quiver for details of the day your item was posted and with which company it was sent.
  • Consultants are contractors and not employees of Quiver – Adult Lifestyle Parties/Smart Femme.
  • Order forms not signed are still subject to these terms and conditions.
    Prices including postage costs, deposits and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice if deemed necessary by management.
  • Host/Hostess CAN NOT purchase Specials, Half Price items and Host Only items with Vouchers or Credit Notes.
  • Selected items only are available to purchase as Half Price Items.
  • Catalogue Lingerie, Host Only Items, Specials and Special Orders are not available to purchase as half price items.
  • Hostess free gift is not negotiable and is automatically sent with your order.
  • Prices quoted for free gift are Quivers retail price for that item. Those items may not be available for purchase from Quiver.
  • Postage costs, Vouchers, Credit Notes, Hostess Order, Host Only Items, are not used in calculating Hostess benefits from party sales.
  • Cancellation of whole or part orders will affect the Hostess balance if vouchers/offers have been calculated on sales.
